FAQS
How do I care for my earrings?
Moisture is not jewelry’s friend! Try to keep your earrings dry and avoid contact with water, hair spray, soaps, sunscreens, perfumes, makeup, cleaners, etc. Fashion jewelry should be the last thing you put on before you head out the door - that’s after makeup, hair products, etc. It’s best to store all jewelry pieces so that they are not touching each other, in a cool, dry place. Wipe gently with a soft cloth after each wear to maintain the beauty and integrity of each piece.
The truth is, ALL fashion jewelry will likely develop a patina eventually. And for some people that may occur faster than for others. Why? It's simple. Over time, your jewelry comes in contact with moisture, acids, oils and air. They react with the metal in the jewelry, causing it to eventually wear down and tarnish.
How quickly jewelry tarnishes or patinas depends on a number of factors: the way you care for them, your skin composition, the air around you and the processes and materials used to make them.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
I want every customer to be 100% happy with every item they receive. I’ll bend over backwards to make sure your thrilled with your purchase! But as a small business owner (and busy mom of 5!), who makes each earring by hand, I cannot issue refunds on orders. But I am always happy to work with my customers to issue shop credit if you are not 100% satisfied (with the exception of custom orders made to a client’s specifications, which cannot be re-sold or re-used).
If an item is damaged in shipping I will do my very best to fix it. But the item must be shipped back to me for repairs or replacement.
Thank you for understanding.
Wait. You have 5 kids and you started a small business? Are you crazy?
Yes. Yes, I am.
